Hertfordshire Business Finance is a trading style of Lenzie Consulting Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 08174104), registered office Lynch Farm, Kensworth, Dunstable, LU6 3QZ. We are a commercial finance arranger and introducer, not a lender. We introduce businesses and property professionals across Hertfordshire to a panel of third-party lenders and financial service providers.

Our services include, but are not limited to, sourcing commercial mortgages, bridging finance, development finance, business loans, asset finance, invoice finance, and other specialist commercial funding solutions.

We act as a commercial finance arranger and introducer, not a lender, and are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Most commercial and business finance is unregulated. Where an enquiry involves a regulated product, we introduce you to an appropriately FCA-authorised firm. Each lender will have its own terms and conditions, privacy policy, and complaints procedure, which you should read carefully before entering into any agreement.

For regulated products, you may be entitled to protection under the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) and access to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). These protections are provided by the lender, not by Hertfordshire Business Finance.
